Harmony of Avon is pleased to offer spaces in our facilities for your use. If you would like to submit a request to reserve the church or church facilities, please fill out the form below. Once submitted, you will receive a response that it has been received. You will receive a response from our coordinator as to whether your request has been approved and to set up a meeting if needed.
